According to one of the comments on the video's page this is actually a Malaysian ad to promote national unity and reduce racial tension amongst the Chinese and Malaysian people.

Kids, now those are some peeps who know about peace. Not a care in the world and completely innocent- the perfect choice to deliver this message. Sometimes we get too mixed up in our daily lives to remember what makes us human.
