Chu is a representative of California. She was able to obtain much of her support by being able to communicate cross culturally with all types of people. She represents a voice for the little people!
A large stride for both Asians and women (and the combination), Chu must expect a lot to be on her plate in the future. Apparently Barack's got her back though! Check this out.
